Artistic works include paintings, drawings, sculptures, architectural works, engravings or photographs, artistic works by craftsmen as well as graphs, maps, plans and compilations of artistic works.

14.1 (1) The author of a work has the right, subject to section 28.2, to the integrity of the work and, with respect to any act mentioned in section 3, the right, taking into account reasonable practices, to claim, even under a pseudonym, its creation, as well as the right to anonymity.

a) With regard to a work over which copyright exists, any reproduction, including disguised imitation, which has been made contrary to this Law or which has been the subject of a contrary act to this Act;

(b) with regard to a performance over which copyright exists, any fixation or reproduction thereof which has been made contrary to this Act or which has been the subject of an act contrary to the this law;

 

“Engraving”

 

Etchings, lithographs, wood engravings, prints and other similar works are considered to be engravings, excluding photographs.
